Handi fish korma

Ingredients
- Fish ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
- Onion brown and grinded 2 tbsp heaped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Black cumin ½ tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp heaped
- Coriander leave chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
Method
- Slightly roast black cumin, white cumin and desiccated coconut, grind together and keep aside, in a bowl add yogurt, mix with coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, chili powder and turmeric, heat oil add yogurt with masala, fry for 2 minutes stirring continuously, add brown grinded onion with roasted masala, add fish with 1 cup water, cover and cook on low flame till fish tender and oil comes on top, lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies.

Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg boiled
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies 8 thinly sliced length wise
- Onion thinly sliced 2 large
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Heat ghee in a handi, put mutton with all the ingredients, and mixes well. Close the handi, cook on medium fire for 30 minutes, open the lid, fry well add cream, coriander leaves and serve with tandoori tan.
