Ingredients
  • Chicken sausages 4 shallow fried and cut into slices
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
Ingredients for sauce
  • Capsicum 1 cut in small cubes
  • Onion 1 cut in small cubes
  • Tomato 1 cut in small cubes
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp heaped
Method
  • Dust fried round slices of sausages in flour dip in beaten egg roll in bread crumbs, deep fry in frying pan, remove keep aside.
Method for sauce
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter fry chopped vegetables add salt, white pepper, oregano, cream, grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes and remove.
To serve
  • Put sauce in a plate top with fried sauces. Serve with garlic bread
