Ingredients
- Chicken sausages 4 shallow fried and cut into slices
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs as required
Ingredients for sauce
- Capsicum 1 cut in small cubes
- Onion 1 cut in small cubes
- Tomato 1 cut in small cubes
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Fresh cream 4 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp heaped
Method
- Dust fried round slices of sausages in flour dip in beaten egg roll in bread crumbs, deep fry in frying pan, remove keep aside.
Method for sauce
- Heat 1 tbsp butter fry chopped vegetables add salt, white pepper, oregano, cream, grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes and remove.
To serve
- Put sauce in a plate top with fried sauces. Serve with garlic bread
